RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Services
Due to the nature of installation services:
- All completed services are non-refundable.
- If there is an issue, we will work to resolve it promptly.
2. Deposits
- Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has been scheduled.
3. Equipment Returns
- Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened equipment within 7 days of purchase.
- A restocking fee may apply (10%β25%).
4. Defective Products
- Defective items are covered under manufacturer warranty.
- We will assist with replacement or repair when applicable.
5. Cancellations
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may incur a fee.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5β10 business days.
