RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Services

Due to the nature of installation services:

  • All completed services are non-refundable.
  • If there is an issue, we will work to resolve it promptly.


2. Deposits

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has been scheduled.


3. Equipment Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened equipment within 7 days of purchase.
  • A restocking fee may apply (10%–25%).


4. Defective Products

  • Defective items are covered under manufacturer warranty.
  • We will assist with replacement or repair when applicable.


5. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may incur a fee.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
