1. Services

Eagle Eye Surveillance provides installation, maintenance, and support services for security systems including cameras, alarms, access control, and smart home devices.


2. Estimates & Payments

  • All estimates are valid for 7–14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • A deposit may be required before scheduling installation.
  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3. Installation Responsibility

  • Client must ensure access to the property and necessary permissions.
  • Eagle Eye Surveillance is not responsible for pre-existing wiring, structural issues, or third-party equipment failures.


4. Equipment & Warranty

  • Equipment warranties vary by manufacturer.
  • Labor warranty (if offered) will be specified in your invoice or agreement.


5. Liability

Eagle Eye Surveillance is not liable for:

  • Theft, damage, or loss not prevented by installed systems
  • Network failures, internet outages, or power interruptions


6. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage.


7. Changes to Services

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
